Have you ever wondered why the less you eat the
more energy you have? I was always under the impression that the
energy comes from the food. So, logically the more I eat the more
energy I should have, right?
This is the most common misconception about food and its energy.
Because of this misconception or lack of understanding, many people
are forced to buy XXXL clothes.
The processing, conversion and storage of all extra calories you
consume with such a passion takes a lot of Essential Energy away
from your body's operating system. Your body has very limited funds
in its daily Essential Energy checking account. Your body can only
distribute very limited dose of Essential Energy to ensure your
body's day-to-day functionality. The more you eat the more Essential
Energy you are going to waist on unnecessary calories to fat conversion
and fat storage processes and procedures. That is the reason why
the more you eat the less Essential Energy you have left. That is
the reason why overweigh people have no energy.
A lot of health problems are trigger when you consume more calories
than your body needs. In my theory and as you suspect I am usually
right, any extra calories you consume above the perfect amount creates
a threat to your system's stability. All that extra energy beneath
your skin influences not only your weight but also your health.
All the extra calories that are stored in your savings account must
be digested, converted to fat and maintained - No exceptions. That
calories processing ritual will take a lot of Essential Energy from
your immune system. The more calories you consume the less Essential
Energy will be available for your immune system to fight bacteria,
viruses, and other microscopic enemies. That energy drainage will
make your operating system weak and venerable to diseases. The immune
system of overweight person is overloaded with work and has no time,
no more resources to fight nano-enemies that are trying to attack
your body in the mean time. That is the reason why overweigh people
are venerable to variety of diseases.
Nothing can affect your health in more negative
way than excessive amounts of personal body fat........................................much
